Wild West provides us with the most extraordinary seasonal selections of Olympic Forest Mushrooms.
We seek out ingredients that are farm fresh: Nash's Dungeness Valley Organic Carrots, sugar snap peas, arugula, radicchio, baby beets, Graysmarsh Farms Sequim-grown organic strawberries and Penny Lujan's Fairaview Farm organic greens.
And we import specialty foods - Taggiasca olives from Ritrovo, Carnaroli rice from Tenuta Castello, and adore artisanal producers - Mt. Townsend Creamery, Essential Baking Company and ocassionally Monteillet Fromagerie, and more.
